This page explains how to delete a Brolly Wonder account and the data associated with it. It applies to the Android app Brolly Wonder (com.brolly.wonder).
What "account" means in Brolly Wonder
The account belongs to a parent or guardian, never to a child. A child is never asked to register, is never asked for a telephone number or an email address, and never sees the sign-in form — a multiplication question that a young child is not expected to answer stands in front of it.
A grown-up completes Name + Mobile setup after the adult gate. These are unverified contact details. Existing cloud sessions retain their user IDs; new cloud identities use anonymous sessions when available. No verification SMS or call is sent, and entering the same details does not restore an account.
This version collects and stores no password. Earlier account records are preserved until the parent requests deletion.
A cloud account consists of a Supabase identity and session, its parent profile (name and unverified mobile), and backed-up child progress. Existing accounts may also retain a previously verified mobile number.
Option 1 — Delete your account inside the app
This removes the authenticated cloud account, parent profile and backed-up progress. After confirmation the app also clears its local parent profile and session; child progress stays on the device.
- Open Brolly Wonder on a device that still has your cloud session. If access is lost, use Option 3.
- From the Kingdom Map, open the Parent Area.
- Answer the multiplication question on the "Parents only" screen.
- Find the Cloud backup card.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
After deletion the app clears the session and local parent profile. Entering Name + Mobile again does not restore the deleted account. Child progress on the device is kept.
Option 2 — Delete only the backup, and keep the account
Delete cloud data removes backed-up child progress and pauses backup while keeping the account, parent profile and session. Resume backup reuses that session. Actual sign-out is different: it can lose cloud access because Name + Mobile cannot recover an account.
Option 3 — Request deletion without the app
You do not need the app installed to have your account deleted. Email us:
- Email: brollysolutions.in@gmail.com
- Subject: Delete my Brolly Wonder account
- Include: your parent contact details to help locate the records. A name or mobile alone does not authorise deletion; account ownership must be established. Please send the request from a contactable address, and do not include any information about your child.
We will verify the request, delete the account and everything attached to it, and confirm by reply.
What is deleted, and when

We do not keep a backup copy of a deleted account beyond the periods stated above, other than where we are required to keep records by law, and we do not sell children's personal information.
Deleting the data on your device
Progress stored on the tablet or phone is separate from anything on our servers, and deleting one does not delete the other. This is deliberate, so that neither action destroys data you did not ask to lose. To remove the on-device copy:
- Android Settings → Apps → Brolly Wonder → Storage → Clear storage, or
- uninstall the app.
Brolly Wonder excludes its data from Android's own cloud backup and from device-to-device transfer, so a child's learning record is not copied to a Google account by the operating system.
Advertising data. Brolly Wonder requests non-personalised, child-directed advertisements only, and the app does not request or use an advertising identifier. Any advertising data processed by Google is governed by Google's own retention controls and privacy policy, and is not something we can delete on your behalf.
