The contact form

The form on the Contact page asks for your name, work email, an optional phone number and a description of your project. Submitting it delivers those details to us so that we can reply to your enquiry. We use them for that reply and for any follow-up conversation you continue with us; we do not add you to a marketing list.

Third-party services this site loads

• Google Maps — the Contact page embeds a map of our office. Google may set cookies and receive your IP address when that map loads, under Google’s privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — the site’s typefaces are served from Google’s font servers, which receive your IP address to deliver the files.

The website itself sets no analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, this notice will be updated and the date at the top will change.

Other apps on this domain

Brolly Attendance, the login portal, and the product apps linked from the Products page are separate applications with their own data handling. Brolly Attendance publishes its own Privacy & Monitoring Policy, Terms and Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy.
