This page explains how to delete a Berry's Number Trail account and the data associated with it. Berry's Number Trail is an educational app for children aged 4–12, operated by Brolly Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, India. Contact: brollysolutions.in@gmail.com.
Whose account this is
Accounts in Berry's Number Trail are created by a parent or guardian, not by the child. The account holds the parent's name, the parent's mobile number (verified with a one-time SMS code), an optional email address, and the child's game progress. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child.
How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time:
- Email brollysolutions.in@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line "Delete My Account".
- Send it from your registered email address, or include the registered mobile number in the message, so we can identify the correct account.
We will permanently remove your account and all its data within 7 days.
What is deleted, and when

Accounts that are unused for 24 months are also removed automatically. We do not sell parent account details or game progress.
Advertising data. Berry's Number Trail shows child-directed, non-personalised ads from Google AdMob, and we do not pass parent names, phone numbers, email addresses or game progress to AdMob. Technical data processed by Google is governed by Google's own retention practices and privacy policy; our deletion service removes the account data we control.
Your other rights
You may also request access to or correction of your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to brollysolutions.in@gmail.com. Grievances are handled by our Grievance Officer at the same address, and we respond within 30 days as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
